THE ENGINEER BEHIND
THE TERMINAL.
One developer. No account managers, no layers of abstraction. Just direct access to the person writing your code.
JAMIE PINNINGTON
FOUNDER & LEAD DEVELOPER
I started building for the web because I was tired of watching businesses get sold overengineered, underperforming websites by agencies that disappear after the invoice clears. The industry has a bloat problem, and most clients are paying for it without knowing.
My background is in shipping things that actually work. Not prototypes. Not "phase ones" that never see a phase two. Production systems that load fast, rank well, and don't fall over when real traffic hits them.
I care about performance the way most agencies care about brand decks. Every decision - from the framework to the hosting provider - is made with speed, accessibility, and long-term maintainability in mind. If it doesn't serve the end user, it doesn't ship.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
PRECISION OVER POLISH
We'd rather ship a fast, accessible site than a pretty slow one. Every kilobyte is accountable.
PERFORMANCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
If it doesn't score 100 on Lighthouse, it's not finished. No exceptions, no excuses.
CODE YOU CAN OWN
No proprietary lock-in. No vendor dependency. Your next developer can read it on day one.
THE ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOL
INITIAL CONVERSATION
We talk about what you need, what's broken, and whether I'm the right fit. No pitch decks.
SCOPE & QUOTE
A clear, fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. No hourly billing surprises.
BUILD PHASE
Weekly progress updates. You see working code, not mockups.
LAUNCH & HANDOVER
Deployed to edge, documented, and fully yours.
